What an incredible day it is when a new book arrives. The truck pulls up and the boxes are unloaded. Then Kayla immediately puts them on the shelves of our bookstore at our Quiet Time Ministries Resource and Training Center. Then, I start signing books for all who pre-ordered, for our team, donors, and others. What was so great this time is that Kayla and I were both at the office. I was getting ready to leave and saw the truck pulling up. I ran in and got Kayla. The guy walked up to me and asked, “Are you Catherine Martin and is this Quiet Time Ministries?” I said, “Yes!” And then I looked at the packing slip: Harvest House Publishers. Kayla and I both started cheering. Whoo Hoo!!
It is really exciting to see an idea from the Lord give birth to the writing of a book. What an exciting day when we actually hold that book in our hands. Harvest House Publishers is the greatest publisher in all the world. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about their team of expert professionals who all love the Lord. The Lord surely did open the door to put us together and I just thank the Lord for everyone there at Harvest House. I totally love the design and typesetting of Knowing And Loving The Bible. I loved the cover when I first saw it and like it even more now. There is so much in Knowing And Loving The Bible to encourage others to open the pages of the Bible and hear what God has to say to them. I share why I love the Word so much and why I believe there is such a crisis in the church today related to the Bible.
